For over 100 years the adage:
“A picture is worth a thousand words”
has been used to express the impact of the right photograph. The earliest example I can find is from the text of an instructional talk given by the newspaper editor Arthur Brisbane to the Syracuse Advertising Men’s Club, in March 1911:
“Use a picture. It’s worth a thousand words.”
Since then, time and time again iconic pictures have swept round the world, expressing in a single frame an idea in a way that all the words ever written can not match.
Every successful business has a wealth of great if not iconic images. What images do you have that capture the mood and spirit of your business? A new quality photograph projects a quality business.
